Aleve PM combines naproxen (a pain reliever) with diphenhydramine, the same sleep-inducing antihistamine found in many nighttime products. The concern here is with the diphenhydramine half. In lab and animal studies, cnidium has shown calming, sleep-promoting effects, likely from its coumarin compounds. So in theory, pairing it with a product already designed to make you drowsy could deepen that effect.
What that might look like: extra grogginess, dizziness, a heavy or foggy feeling the next morning, or trouble staying alert when driving. Keep in mind this is based on laboratory and animal research only, not human studies, so the real-world risk is uncertain. Still, it is worth mentioning to your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Aleve PM is a combo of naproxen (an NSAID pain reliever) plus diphenhydramine to help you sleep. Here's where cnidium fits in: lab and animal studies suggest a compound in it called osthole can thin the blood a bit and make platelets less sticky. Naproxen already does something similar, since NSAIDs can irritate the stomach lining and slow clotting on their own.
So in theory, pairing the two could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher. Watch for things like easy bruising, dark or bloody stools, a stomach ache that won't quit, or cuts that are slow to stop. To be clear, this is theoretical and based only on test-tube and animal work, not human studies, so I wouldn't panic. Still, run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you take other blood thinners.
