CNS DEPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine
Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Cnidium interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with this combo. Your cough product contains hydrocodone, an opioid that already causes drowsiness, slowed breathing, and that foggy, sleepy feeling. In lab and animal studies, cnidium has shown its own sedative effects, likely from its coumarin compounds. So in theory, pairing the two could pile on more drowsiness or make you feel extra groggy or lightheaded.
I want to be honest about the evidence though. This is based only on lab and animal research, not human studies, so it's more of a 'be aware' than a 'this will definitely happen.' Still, since opioids are nothing to gamble with, I'd run it by your pharmacist or doctor before taking cnidium alongside this medicine.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine page
“Rezira and P-V-Tussin pair hydrocodone, an opioid, with pseudoephedrine, a decongestant, so the 241 supplements here pull in two directions and I would handle this combination with real care. Most entries either deepen the opioid's sedation (78 ingredients are CNS depressants, alcohol included) or stack stimulant effects onto the pseud…”
