Celiprolol is a beta-blocker that's used to bring high blood pressure down. Coconut water, thanks to its natural potassium and other minerals, may have a mild blood-pressure-lowering effect of its own. So when you sip a lot of it alongside Celiprolol, the two could add together and push your numbers a little lower than expected.

If that happens, you might notice signs of low blood pressure, like feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or unusually tired, especially when standing up quickly. I want to be honest, though: this is a theoretical concern based on how things work, not strong proof. An occasional glass with a meal is unlikely to cause trouble. If you drink it daily or have kidney issues, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor.
