Your Axotal combines aspirin with butalbital. The piece that matters here is the aspirin, which thins the blood by keeping platelets from clumping together. DHEA appears to do a little of the same thing in lab and some human studies, so stacking the two could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a bit higher.

In real life that might look like easier bruising, a nosebleed that takes longer to stop, or bleeding gums. I want to be honest though: this concern is mostly theoretical and the evidence is weak, so for most people it is a minor caution rather than an alarm. If you take Axotal regularly, or have surgery or a procedure coming up, just run the DHEA past your pharmacist or doctor first.
