This combo product, Robaxisal C, contains aspirin, which already thins the blood by keeping platelets from clumping together. Here's the wrinkle with DHEA: some lab and early human studies suggest DHEA can also make platelets less sticky. Stack that on top of aspirin and, in theory, you could nudge your bleeding risk a little higher. In real life that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a small cut that takes longer to stop.

I want to be honest, though: this is mostly theoretical, based on lab work rather than strong patient studies, so it's not a reason to panic. The codeine and methocarbamol pieces aren't the concern here. Just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up before pairing them, especially if you bleed or bruise easily.
