Here's the thing to keep in mind with Robaxisal, which combines aspirin (a blood thinner that keeps platelets from clumping) with methocarbamol (a muscle relaxer). Aspirin already nudges you toward easier bleeding, and lab and some human research suggests DHEA can also make platelets less sticky. So in theory, pairing the two could add up and raise your bleeding risk a bit more than aspirin alone.

In real life that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding that takes longer to stop. I'll be honest though, this concern is mostly theoretical and based on weaker studies, so don't panic. Just loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you bruise easily or take other blood thinners.
