Finasteride, Tadalafil falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Dhea interacts with.

Theoretically, DHEA might increase the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Some preliminary evidence shows that DHEA may inhibit CYP3A4; however, the clinical significance of this potential interaction is not known.

Entadfi combines two medicines, and the one that matters most here is tadalafil (the Cialis ingredient). Tadalafil is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Some early lab hints suggest DHEA might slow that enzyme down a bit. If that happened, tadalafil could linger longer in your body, which can mean more of its usual effects like headache, flushing, stuffy nose, indigestion, back pain, or dizzy spells, especially when standing up.

Honestly, this is theoretical and based only on weak, anecdotal evidence, so it may not amount to much in real life. Finasteride is handled mostly through the same enzyme too, but its effects are slow and gradual. I wouldn't lose sleep over this pairing, but since DHEA is a hormone with its own effects, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
