Aspirin, Aluminum Hydroxide, Codeine Phosphate, Magnesium Hydroxide falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Garcinia interacts with.

Theoretically, hydroxycitric acid (HCA), the main active ingredient in garcinia, might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
HCA inhibits platelet aggregation in vitro. The inhibitory effect seems to be greater in platelets extracted from diabetic subjects than non-diabetic subjects.

This combination product contains aspirin, which already thins the blood a bit by reducing how well your platelets stick together. The concern here is mostly theoretical: in lab dishes, the hydroxycitric acid in Garcinia also seems to make platelets less sticky. Stacking two things that nudge platelets in the same direction could, in theory, raise your bleeding risk a little.

In real life, this might show up as easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset (aspirin can already irritate the stomach lining). Keep in mind the evidence is weak and comes from test-tube work, not people, so I wouldn't panic. Still, since aspirin is the active player here, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Garcinia, especially if you have any liver concerns.
