Here's the simple version: Levorphanol is a strong opioid pain reliever that already slows down your brain and nervous system. That's how it eases pain, but it also brings drowsiness, slowed breathing, dizziness, and grogginess. Guarumo, the leaf tea used in some traditional remedies, showed a calming, muscle-relaxing effect on the nervous system in an animal study. So in theory, pairing the two could stack their sedating effects, leaving you more sleepy or unsteady than expected.

I want to be straight with you, though. This warning comes from lab and animal data, not from people taking both together, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, with a potent opioid, I wouldn't gamble. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
