Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Why this applies to Rabeprazole Sodium
Rabeprazole Sodium falls under Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates — the group Humann Superbeets Heart Chews interacts with.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Here's the gist for your acid reflux medicine, rabeprazole. The grape seed extract in SuperBeets Heart Chews has shown, in lab dish studies only, a possible ability to slow down an enzyme called CYP3A4. Rabeprazole is partly broken down by that enzyme, so in theory, if it worked slowly, a bit more rabeprazole could linger in your body. That might mean slightly more of the usual side effects, like headache, mild stomach upset, or diarrhea.
That said, I wouldn't lose sleep over this one. This is graded as minor and unlikely, and there are no real-world human reports of it actually happening. Rabeprazole is not a prodrug, so it still works fine. If you have questions or take other medicines, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor.

About Rabeprazole
What Is Rabeprazole Used For?
Brand names: Aciphex, Aciphex Sprinkle
Rabeprazole delayed-release tablets (sold as AcipHex and as Rabeprazole Sodium) lower stomach acid. In adults, they are used for several conditions. These include healing erosive or ulcerative GERD, keeping it healed, and treating heartburn and other GERD symptoms.
