Here's the piece that matters with this combo: your Aspirin with Codeine product already contains aspirin, which thins the blood and makes it harder for platelets to clump and form clots. Inositol nicotinate (a 'no-flush' niacin) may have its own mild blood-thinning, clot-dissolving activity. Stack the two and, at least on paper, you could nudge up the chance of bleeding or bruising.

To be honest, this is a theoretical concern based on how niacin behaves, not strong human studies, so I don't want you to panic. Still, keep an eye out for easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or dark stools. Before adding this supplement, check in with your pharmacist or doctor, especially if you take it regularly.
