Ip-6 + Aspirin, Pentazocine
Aspirin, Pentazocine brand name: Talwin Compound.

ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Aspirin, Pentazocine
Aspirin, Pentazocine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Ip-6 interacts with.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Talwin Compound contains aspirin, which already thins the blood a little by keeping platelets from clumping together. The thought here is that IP-6 might nudge platelets in the same direction, so stacking the two could, in theory, add up to a bit more bleeding risk. With aspirin in the mix, that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop.
The reassuring part: this only showed up in lab (test tube) studies, never in real people. It is rated unlikely and the evidence is weak. I would not panic over it, but if you take IP-6 and Talwin Compound together, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor and keep an eye out for unusual bleeding.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Pentazocine page
“Talwin Compound pairs pentazocine, an opioid painkiller, with aspirin, and I read its supplement list with more concern than most. The great majority of entries do one of two things: raise the bleeding risk that aspirin already carries, or deepen the sedation pentazocine causes.”

About Ip-6
What is Ip-6?
- Antioxidant support
- Cancer prevention interest
- Kidney stone prevention
- Heart and immune support
- Reducing excess iron
IP-6 (inositol hexaphosphate, also called phytic acid or phytate) is a natural compound found in high-fiber plant foods and sold as a supplement, often paired with inositol. It is most studied as an antioxidant and mineral binder, but human evidence for its popular uses—such as cancer prevention—is limited and not conclusive. Talk to your pharmacist or doctor before using it, especially if you have low mineral levels or a chronic condition.
