Here's the gist for Flector or Licart (diclofenac epolamine). This is a patch you apply to the skin, and it's an NSAID. NSAIDs like diclofenac already nudge your platelets toward not clumping as easily, which can mean a bit more bleeding or bruising. Jiaogulan, in lab studies, seems to do something similar by making platelets less sticky.

So the concern is additive: stacking the two could, in theory, raise your chance of bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach irritation. I want to be honest though, this is based only on test-tube research, so it's a theoretical caution, not a proven problem. A topical patch also puts less drug into your bloodstream than pills. Still, please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you bleed or bruise easily.
