Dicumarol is a blood thinner, much like warfarin, so it already lowers your blood's ability to clot. Jiaogulan may, on its own, make platelets a little less sticky. Stack that mild blood-thinning effect on top of Dicumarol and, in theory, you could bruise more easily or bleed a bit longer than usual.

Here's the honest part: this concern comes only from lab (test tube) research, not from studies in people taking these two together. So it's a possible worry, not a proven one. Still, because Dicumarol is the kind of drug where small shifts matter, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding jiaogulan, and watch for unusual bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums.
