Elranatamab (Elrexfio) is a targeted immune therapy used for multiple myeloma. It works by directing your own immune system, specifically your T-cells, to attack cancer cells. It is not a prodrug, so this isn't about how your liver breaks it down. The concern here is different: lab and animal research hints that jiaogulan may stimulate or rev up the immune system, which could theoretically pull against how this medicine is meant to work.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical worry based on how these plant compounds behave, not proven cases in people on Elranatamab. Still, when a cancer treatment is this important, I'd rather you not add anything that might interfere. Please check with your oncology team or pharmacist before using jiaogulan.
