Here's the simple version. Bosentan already works to relax and widen the blood vessels in your lungs, which can gently lower blood pressure. Noni juice, in some early research, also seems to nudge blood pressure down a bit. Put the two together and those effects may stack, so in theory your blood pressure could dip lower than expected.

If that happened, you might notice things like dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling faint when you stand up, or unusual tiredness. Honestly though, this is based on weak, anecdotal evidence, not strong studies, so it's a possible concern rather than a sure thing. Since noni has also been tied to rare liver problems and bosentan can affect the liver too, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.

Here's the thing to know about bosentan: it can be tough on the liver on its own. That's actually why your doctor checks your liver blood tests (things like ALT and AST) before you start and regularly while you're on it. Noni juice has been linked in a handful of case reports to liver trouble too, so the worry is simple: stacking two things that can stress the liver may raise your chances of liver injury.

This concern is theoretical and based on scattered anecdotal reports, not strong studies, so I don't want to alarm you. But because bosentan already requires liver monitoring, I'd skip the noni supplements and check with your pharmacist or doctor first. Watch for yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness.

Noni is a tropical fruit used widely in folk medicine and sold mostly as a juice or supplement, but solid human evidence for its many claimed benefits is limited. What Is Bosentan Used For?

Brand name: Tracleer

Bosentan is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) — high blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs. In adults, it helps improve the ability to exercise and slows how quickly the disease gets worse.

In children aged 3 years and older with idiopathic (no known cause) or congenital (present from birth) PAH, bosentan is used to lower resistance in the lung blood vessels, which is expected to improve exercise ability. Tracleer is one brand approved for both adults and pediatric patients with PAH.
