Here's the thing to know about pairing noni with Clevidipine. Clevidipine is a fast-acting calcium channel blocker given through an IV in the hospital to bring high blood pressure down quickly. It isn't a prodrug, so this isn't about one activating the other. The concern is simpler: noni juice has shown a mild blood-pressure-lowering effect of its own in early research, so stacking it on top of Clevidipine could push your numbers too low.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, flushed, or notice a fast heartbeat. Honestly, this is mostly theoretical and based on weak, anecdotal evidence. Since Clevidipine is usually used under close monitoring in a hospital, just let your care team know about any noni use so they can keep an eye on things.
