Your medication Diutensen pairs two blood pressure lowering ingredients: methyclothiazide (a water pill, or diuretic) and cryptenamine (an older agent that relaxes blood vessels). Both work to bring your blood pressure down. Noni is interesting here because some early research suggests the juice itself may gently lower blood pressure too.

So the concern is simple: putting them together could add up and drop your blood pressure a little too far. That might show up as dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling faint when you stand up, or unusual tiredness. To be fair, this is based mostly on anecdotal reports and weak evidence, so it is more of a theoretical caution than a proven danger. Occasional culinary amounts likely matter less than daily concentrated juice or capsules. If you'd like to try noni, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
