Here's the simple version: Fosinopril already works to bring your blood pressure down, and some early research hints that noni juice may nudge blood pressure lower too. Put the two together and they could add up, so your pressure might dip more than you expect. That can leave you feeling dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or even faint, especially when you stand up quickly.

I want to be honest about the evidence here, it's mostly anecdotal and theoretical, not strong proof. For many people an occasional glass of noni is no big deal. Still, if you're starting noni or drinking it regularly, let your pharmacist or doctor know, keep an eye on your blood pressure readings, and don't change your fosinopril dose on your own.

Theoretically, combining noni and ACE inhibitors might increase the risk of hyperkalemia.
Noni juice contains significant amounts of potassium, about 6 mEq/100 mL juice. This may increase the risk for hyperkalemia when used in conjunction with ACE inhibitors, which can also increase potassium levels.

Here's the thing to know about pairing noni juice with fosinopril. Fosinopril is an ACE inhibitor, and one of its normal effects is to nudge your potassium levels up a bit. Noni juice happens to be fairly rich in potassium (roughly 6 mEq per 100 mL). So when you drink a lot of it on top of fosinopril, the worry is that potassium could climb too high, a state called hyperkalemia.

If that happens, you might notice things like muscle weakness, tingling, or an irregular or slow heartbeat. To be fair, this concern is mostly theoretical and based on anecdotal reports, not strong studies, so an occasional small glass likely isn't a big deal for most people. Still, if you have kidney trouble or drink noni regularly, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first. Don't change your fosinopril on your own.

Fosinopril Sodium tablets are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). They can be used alone or combined with a water pill (diuretic) when blood pressure needs more control.

Fosinopril Sodium tablets are also used as part of a treatment plan for heart failure, added on top of other standard therapies such as diuretics, with or without digitalis.
