These two interact in 2 distinct ways. Each one is explained separately below.
Why Are There 2 Interactions?
Noni interacts with whole categories of medication. Nebivolol Hydrochloride, Valsartan falls into 2 of those categories, so it can interact with Noni in 2 different ways. We’ve listed each one below — your overall risk is driven by the most serious of them (Moderate).
ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS
1 of 2Why this applies to Nebivolol Hydrochloride, Valsartan
Nebivolol Hydrochloride, Valsartan falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Noni interacts with.
Preliminary clinical research suggests that drinking noni juice can reduce blood pressure in individuals with hypertension.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Byvalson is a two-in-one blood pressure pill: nebivolol (a beta-blocker) plus valsartan (an ARB). Both work to lower your blood pressure. Here's the thing about noni: some early research hints that noni juice may nudge blood pressure down a little on its own. So when you pair it with a medicine already doing that job, the two effects could add up and push your numbers too low.
If that happens, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, tired, or get a brief faint feeling when you stand up quickly. To be clear, this is based on weak, anecdotal evidence, so it's a maybe, not a sure thing. An occasional glass of noni juice likely matters less than daily concentrated supplements. Before adding noni, check with your pharmacist or doctor, especially if your pressure already runs low.

ANGIOTENSIN RECEPTOR BLOCKERS (ARBs)
2 of 2Nebivolol Hydrochloride, Valsartan also falls under ANGIOTENSIN RECEPTOR BLOCKERS (ARBs).
Noni juice contains significant amounts of potassium, about 6 mEq/100 mL juice. This may increase the risk for hyperkalemia when used in conjunction with ARBs, which can also increase potassium levels.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing to know about Byvalson, which combines valsartan (an ARB) with nebivolol (a beta-blocker): valsartan can naturally nudge your potassium levels up a bit. Noni juice happens to be fairly rich in potassium, roughly 6 mEq per 100 mL. So drinking a lot of it alongside Byvalson could, in theory, push your potassium higher than you'd want.
I'll be honest, this concern is based on the potassium content and only weak, anecdotal reports, not solid studies. For most folks an occasional glass won't be a problem. But high potassium (hyperkalemia) can cause muscle weakness, tingling, or an irregular heartbeat, and it's easy to miss. If you have kidney trouble or drink noni regularly, please check with your doctor or pharmacist first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Nebivolol Hydrochloride, Valsartan page
“Nebivolol with valsartan (Byvalson) packs two blood pressure medicines into one pill, and I would treat this list with genuine care, especially its handful of serious entries. Most of the interactions tug on blood pressure itself, some deepening the drop until dizziness or fainting becomes a risk, others, tyramine among them, pushing p…”
