Here's the simple version: Sotorasib (Lumakras) can be tough on your liver on its own. In fact, your cancer team usually checks your liver bloodwork (called liver enzymes) before and during treatment because raised levels are a known possibility with this drug. Noni juice has its own rare reports of liver trouble, so the worry is that stacking the two could add stress to your liver.

To be clear, this concern is theoretical and based mostly on scattered case reports, not strong studies. Still, with a serious cancer medicine like this, I wouldn't take chances. Please don't add Noni without first checking with your oncologist or pharmacist, and tell them right away if you notice yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness.

Noni is a tropical fruit used widely in folk medicine and sold mostly as a juice or supplement, but solid human evidence for its many claimed benefits is limited. About Sotorasib

What Is Sotorasib Used For?

Brand name: Lumakras

Lumakras is used to treat adults with KRAS G12C-mutated locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have already received at least one prior cancer treatment. This use was approved under the FDA's accelerated approval pathway based on tumor response rates, and continued approval may depend on results from confirmatory trials.

Lumakras is also used in combination with panitumumab to treat adults with KRAS G12C-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who have previously received certain chemotherapy regimens. In both cases, patients must first be confirmed to carry the KRAS G12C mutation using an FDA-approved test.
