Vincristine Sulfate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Passion Flower interacts with.

Theoretically, passion flower might decrease the effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that passion flower can induce CYP3A4 enzymes, albeit to a much lower degree than rifampin, a known CYP3A4 inducer.

Vincristine is a chemotherapy drug given by IV, and your liver clears it using an enzyme called CYP3A4. The concern here is that passion flower might gently speed up that enzyme. In theory, that could clear vincristine a little faster and make it slightly less effective at doing its job against cancer cells.

Here's the honest part: this is based only on lab (test tube) research, not real patients, and the effect looked much weaker than known enzyme boosters. So it's a theoretical, minor concern. Still, with cancer treatment you don't want to risk anything that could lower how well it works. Since vincristine is given under close medical supervision, please loop in your oncologist or pharmacist before using passion flower so they can keep an eye on things.
