This combination pill contains caffeine, a stimulant, alongside acetaminophen, codeine, and salicylamide for pain. The concern here is mostly about rauwolscine plus the caffeine piece, since both are stimulants. Rauwolscine can ramp up your body's natural stimulant chemicals, and in animal lab studies it lowered the threshold for seizures. Stacking it with stimulant ingredients could, in theory, make that risk a little higher, especially if you already have a seizure history.
I want to be honest though: this is based on animal research only, not people, so the real-world risk is uncertain. Practically, you might just notice more jitteriness, a racing heart, anxiety, or trouble sleeping. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing these, particularly if you have heart or seizure concerns.

Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme activity.

Here's a wrinkle worth knowing about this combo pill. The codeine part is a prodrug, meaning it doesn't do much on its own. Your body uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to convert codeine into morphine, which is what actually relieves pain. Rauwolscine is related to yohimbine, and lab studies suggest yohimbine can block CYP2D6. If rauwolscine does the same, less codeine would turn into morphine, so you might get less pain relief from these tablets.
Keep in mind this is only a theoretical concern based on test-tube data, not real-world reports, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since both rauwolscine and the caffeine here are stimulants that can bump up heart rate and blood pressure, it's smart to run this past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

The piece of this combo pill that matters here is the caffeine. Both caffeine and rauwolscine are stimulants, so stacking them can add up. The concern isn't about how your body breaks the drug down, it's simply two stimulants pushing in the same direction at once.
In practice, that could mean a faster or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, anxiety, or trouble sleeping. Right now this is mostly theoretical and based on animal research, so it's not a sure thing, but it's reasonable to be cautious, especially if you have a heart condition or get anxious easily. The codeine and acetaminophen parts aren't the issue here. If you take this regularly, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding rauwolscine.

Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements. Human evidence for its benefits is very limited, and it can raise heart rate and blood pressure and cause anxiety, so it should be used with caution and is not recommended for people with heart conditions, anxiety, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
