Aspirin, Caffeine, Hydrocodone falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.
In animal research, intraperitoneal rauwolscine lowered the seizure threshold level of the drug metrazol.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version. This combination pill (Damason-P) contains caffeine, which is a mild stimulant, and rauwolscine is a stronger stimulant found in fat-burner and pre-workout products. On their own, certain stimulants can slightly lower the brain's seizure threshold, meaning they make a seizure a touch more likely in people who are prone to them. The concern here is that stacking two stimulant-type ingredients together could nudge that risk up a bit.
I want to be honest about the strength of this: it's theoretical, based on an animal study, not on people. For most folks it likely won't be a problem. But if you have a seizure history, or you feel jittery, anxious, or notice a racing heart, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme activity.

The piece of this combo pill that matters here is the hydrocodone. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to convert hydrocodone into a stronger pain-relieving form. Rauwolscine is a close cousin of yohimbine, and lab (test tube) studies suggest yohimbine can slow that same enzyme down. If CYP2D6 is partly blocked, you might get a bit less of that converted pain relief, though the parent hydrocodone still works to some degree.
I want to be honest that this is theoretical, based on pharmacology and not real-world cases, so don't be alarmed. There's a separate practical concern though: rauwolscine is a stimulant that raises heart rate and blood pressure, which doesn't pair well with an opioid plus caffeine. Please run this by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

This combination product contains aspirin, which already thins the blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together. Rauwolscine, a cousin of yohimbine, may have a mild blood-thinning effect of its own based on lab studies. Put the two together and, in theory, you could see a slightly higher chance of bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset and bleeding.
I want to be honest though: this concern is theoretical, drawn from test-tube research rather than real patients, so it is far from certain. Keep in mind rauwolscine can also raise your heart rate and blood pressure, separate from any bleeding worry. Before pairing them, have a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor, especially if you bruise easily or have ulcer history.

Here's the piece that matters most with Damason-P: it contains caffeine, which is itself a stimulant. Rauwolscine also acts like a stimulant by ramping up your body's own norepinephrine. So the concern isn't about how this medicine gets broken down. It's that you'd be stacking two stimulants on top of each other.
Together they could add up to a faster heart rate, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or feeling anxious or wired. Keep in mind this warning is theoretical and comes mainly from animal studies, so it's a caution, not a sure thing.
