Rauwolscine + Treprostinil (Inh)
Treprostinil (Inh) brand name: Tyvaso.
Rauwolscine has a moderate interaction with Treprostinil (Inh). Theoretically, rauwolscine may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Treprostinil (Inh)
Treprostinil (Inh) falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.
Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits platelet aggregation.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing to keep in mind with inhaled treprostinil (Tyvaso): besides relaxing the blood vessels in your lungs, it also makes your platelets less likely to clump together, so it already has a mild blood-thinning quality. Rauwolscine may do something similar. Lab studies on yohimbine, its close cousin, suggest it can slow platelet clumping too. Stack the two and, in theory, you could bruise or bleed a little more easily, or have nosebleeds that take longer to stop.
I want to be honest that this is a theoretical concern based on how these substances behave in test tubes, not real bleeding reports. Still, since rauwolscine can also raise heart rate and blood pressure, I'd run it by your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Treprostinil (Inh) page
“Inhaled treprostinil (Tyvaso) relaxes blood vessels in the lungs to treat pulmonary hypertension, and it also blunts platelet clotting, which is why this list of 275 ingredients warrants real vigilance rather than a shrug. Two themes cover almost everything.”

About Rauwolscine
What is Rauwolscine?
- Fat loss and weight management

- Energy and stimulant effects
- Athletic performance
- Libido support
Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements. Human evidence for its benefits is very limited, and it can raise heart rate and blood pressure and cause anxiety, so it should be used with caution and is not recommended for people with heart conditions, anxiety, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
About Treprostinil Oral Inhalation
What Is Treprostinil Oral Inhalation Used For?
Brand name: Tyvaso
Treprostinil oral inhalation is used to treat two serious lung conditions that raise pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. It helps improve how much physical activity you can do.
Tyvaso inhalation solution and Tyvaso DPI are both indicated to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH; WHO Group 1) and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD; WHO Group 3). Clinical studies establishing effectiveness in PAH primarily included patients with moderate symptoms (NYHA Class III) whose PAH was idiopathic, heritable, or related to connective tissue disease. Studies in PH-ILD primarily included patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema, or connective tissue disease-related lung disease.
