Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, Pseudoephedrine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Rhodiola interacts with.
In vitro research shows that rhodiola inhibits CYP1A2. This effect is highly variable and appears to be dependent on the rhodiola product studied. However, a clinical study in healthy young males found that taking rhodiola extract 290 mg daily for 14 days does not inhibit the metabolism of caffeine, a CYP1A2 substrate.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with this cold-and-allergy combo (acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine). In lab dishes, rhodiola can slow down a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. If that enzyme were blocked, drugs it handles might build up a bit. In theory, that could mean a little more drowsiness or dry mouth from the chlorpheniramine, or more of the jittery, racing-heart feeling from the pseudoephedrine.
The reassuring news: when actual people took rhodiola, it did not meaningfully change how the body cleared a similar CYP1A2 drug. So this is mostly a theoretical, minor concern, and these three ingredients aren't strongly tied to that enzyme anyway. Still, if you take both regularly, give your pharmacist a quick heads-up to be safe.

Here's the short version on combining rhodiola with this cold and allergy combo (acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and pseudoephedrine). On paper, rhodiola might slow down an enzyme called CYP3A4 that helps clear certain medicines, which could in theory let drug levels drift a little higher. None of these three are prodrugs, so if anything you'd see slightly stronger effects, think a bit more drowsiness or dry mouth from the chlorpheniramine, or more of the jittery, racing-heart feeling from the pseudoephedrine.
In real life, though, this is rated minor. A human study found rhodiola didn't meaningfully block CYP3A4, and lab results were all over the map. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Just check with your pharmacist if you take rhodiola daily or notice any new side effects.

Rhodiola is an herb traditionally used to fight fatigue and help the body cope with stress.
