Percodan is a combination of aspirin and oxycodone. The part that matters here is the aspirin, which is an antiplatelet drug that already makes your blood slower to clot. Saw palmetto has been reported (in a few anecdotal cases, not strong studies) to lengthen bleeding time on its own.

So the theoretical concern is that stacking the two could add up and raise your bleeding risk a bit. Realistically that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or stomach upset and dark stools from aspirin's effect on the stomach lining. The evidence is weak, but if you take both, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor and watch for any unusual bleeding rather than changing anything on your own.
