Treximet combines naproxen, an NSAID, with sumatriptan for migraines. The piece that matters here is the naproxen. Like other NSAIDs, naproxen can thin the blood a bit and irritate the stomach lining, which on its own raises bleeding risk. Saw palmetto has been reported to lengthen bleeding time too, so stacking the two could add up to more bleeding tendency, like easier bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach bleeding.

That said, this is based on scattered anecdotal reports, not strong studies, so for most people the risk is likely small. Still, if you take Treximet regularly or have any history of ulcers or bleeding, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding saw palmetto. Don't stop either one on your own.
