Chlorpheniramine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Schizonepeta interacts with.

Animal research suggests that schizonepetin, a monoterpene constituent of schizonepeta, induces cytochrome P450 (CYP) 3A4. Theoretically, schizonepeta might decrease the effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
Some substrates of CYP3A4 include lovastatin (Mevacor), ketoconazole (Nizoral), itraconazole (Sporanox), fexofenadine (Allegra), triazolam (Halcion), and numerous others.

Here's the gist with these two together. Chlorpheniramine is partly broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In animal studies, a compound in Schizonepeta seems to speed that enzyme up. If that holds true in people, your body could clear chlorpheniramine a bit faster, which might make it work a little less well, so you could notice your sneezing, runny nose, or itchy eyes not being controlled as fully.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. It comes only from lab and animal research, not from people, so this is more of a theoretical heads-up than a proven problem. Occasional culinary or traditional use is unlikely to cause trouble. If you plan to use concentrated Schizonepeta supplements regularly, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

Chlorpheniramine is used to temporarily relieve common allergy symptoms caused by hay fever (allergic rhinitis) or other upper respiratory allergies. These include runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, and itching of the nose or throat.

These uses are supported across multiple products — including tablets (such as Aller-chlor, Allergy, Allergy Relief, Allergy Time, Anti Allergy, and Chlorpheniramine Maleate), extended-release tablets (Allergy Relief and Chlorphen-12), the oral solution Ed Chlorped Jr, and the inhalers ClorRelief and ClorRelief KIDs.
