Here's the simple version: both of these things rev up your nervous system, and stacking them could push that effect too far. Securinega contains an alkaloid called securinine that, at least in animal studies, makes nerves fire more easily by blocking your body's natural calming signals. Methoxyamphetamine (PMA) is itself a potent and dangerous stimulant, so adding a second stimulant on top is a recipe for trouble.

What could that look like? Things like a racing or irregular heartbeat, dangerously high blood pressure, overheating, agitation, and in the worst case, seizures. I want to be honest that this concern is theoretical and based on lab and animal data, not human studies. Even so, PMA on its own is so risky that I'd urge you to talk with a doctor or pharmacist before going anywhere near this combination.
