Cerivastatin Sodium falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Spearmint interacts with.

Theoretically, high doses of spearmint might increase the risk of liver damage when taken with hepatotoxic drugs.
Animal research suggests that drinking spearmint tea for 30 days can increase markers of liver damage, including aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and cause liver degeneration and necrosis, in a dose-dependent manner. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with spearmint and cerivastatin. Like other statins, cerivastatin is processed by the liver and can occasionally stress it, which is why doctors sometimes check liver enzymes (AST and ALT) while you're on a statin. The worry on file is simply that piling a concentrated spearmint supplement on top of a medicine that already taxes the liver could, in theory, add to that burden.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. The concern comes only from animal studies using a lot of spearmint tea, and nothing like it has been shown in people. A cup of spearmint tea or spearmint in food isn't the issue here. Worth noting too: cerivastatin (Baycol) was pulled from the U.S. market years ago, so please confirm with your pharmacist or doctor what you're actually taking.
