Betrixaban falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Clover interacts with.

Theoretically, fresh sweet clover might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Fresh sweet clover contains coumarinic acids, which are converted to free coumarins during drying. Dicoumarol, which has anticoagulant activity, also has been found in some sweet clover preparations and can be formed if fresh sweet clover is allowed to spoil.

Here's the simple version: Betrixaban (Bevyxxa) is already a blood thinner that blocks clotting. Sweet clover can carry its own mild blood-thinning compounds, especially if the plant has spoiled and formed dicoumarol. Stack those two together and you may tip the scales toward too much thinning, which can show up as easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or harder-to-stop bleeding from a cut.

I want to be honest about the evidence here, though. This warning is theoretical, based on how the herb behaves rather than on solid human studies. Still, since betrixaban already raises bleeding risk, I wouldn't combine them without a green light. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding sweet clover.
