Danaparoid falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Sweet Clover interacts with.

Theoretically, fresh sweet clover might increase the risk of bleeding when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Fresh sweet clover contains coumarinic acids, which are converted to free coumarins during drying. Dicoumarol, which has anticoagulant activity, also has been found in some sweet clover preparations and can be formed if fresh sweet clover is allowed to spoil.

Danaparoid (Orgaran) is an injectable blood thinner that works by blocking clotting factors, so its main job is to make your blood clot more slowly. The concern here is simple: sweet clover can carry its own blood-thinning activity, especially if the plant has spoiled and formed dicoumarol, which acts a lot like the old-fashioned anticoagulant medicines. Stacking two blood thinners can add up.

If you combined them, the worry would be extra bleeding, things like easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or blood in urine or stool. Keep in mind this is a theoretical caution based on how the herb behaves, not strong human studies. Still, with an injectable anticoagulant I'd play it safe. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing these.
