Aspirin, Carisoprodol, Codeine Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Terminalia interacts with.

Theoretically, use of Terminalia arjuna may increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Terminalia arjuna extract inhibits CYP2D6 enzymes and reduces CYP2D6 substrate metabolism.

This combination pill contains codeine, which is the piece that matters here. Codeine is a prodrug, meaning it doesn't do much until your body converts it into morphine using a liver enzyme called CYP2D6. Lab studies suggest Terminalia arjuna may slow that same enzyme down. If less codeine gets turned into morphine, you could get less pain relief than expected.

I want to be honest about the evidence: this is only test-tube research, so we really don't know how meaningful it is in real people, and culinary amounts wouldn't be a concern. Still, if you're using a concentrated Terminalia supplement, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Terminalia arjuna with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding in some patients.
In vitro, Terminalia arjuna bark extract inhibits platelet aggregation, decreases platelet activation, and shows antithrombotic properties.

This combination pill (Soma Compound with Codeine) contains aspirin, which already thins your blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together. Terminalia (Terminalia arjuna) seems to do something similar. In lab studies, its bark extract slowed platelets down too. So stacking the two could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

What might that look like in real life? Easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop. The codeine and carisoprodol parts aren't the concern here, just the aspirin piece. Keep in mind this is based only on lab and animal research, not strong human studies, so it's a maybe, not a certainty. Still, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
