Fish Oil Triglycerides falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Terminalia interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Terminalia arjuna with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding in some patients.
In vitro, Terminalia arjuna bark extract inhibits platelet aggregation, decreases platelet activation, and shows antithrombotic properties.

Here's the gist: both of these can nudge your blood toward clotting a little less easily. Fish oil at higher doses can mildly thin the blood and reduce how well platelets stick together, and lab studies suggest Terminalia arjuna may do something similar. Stack them, and in theory you could bruise more easily or notice things like nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop.

I want to be honest about the evidence, though. This concern comes from test-tube and animal research, not real-world patient studies, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. For most people it's likely a small risk, but if you take blood thinners, have a bleeding condition, or have surgery coming up, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
