HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Metronidazole, Tetracyline, Bismuth Subcitrate Potassium
Metronidazole, Tetracyline, Bismuth Subcitrate Potassium falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
The main worry here isn't about how your body breaks down Pylera (the metronidazole, tetracycline, and bismuth combo). Instead, it's a simple stacking of risk: both Testolone and these medicines can be hard on the liver. Testolone (RAD-140) has been tied to real liver injury in a case report, and liver enzyme bumps showed up in studies. Metronidazole and tetracycline can also stress the liver in some people.
Put them together and you may push your liver harder than either alone. Watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain on the right side, nausea, or unusual tiredness. Keep in mind Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product I'd steer clear of entirely. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with your ulcer treatment.

About Bismuth, Metronidazole, and Tetracycline
What Is Bismuth, Metronidazole, and Tetracycline Used For?
Brand name: Pylera
This combination capsule treats Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection in people who have a duodenal ulcer (an ulcer in the first part of the small intestine) or have had one within the past 5 years. It is always used together with omeprazole.
Clearing H. pylori has been shown to lower the chance that a duodenal ulcer comes back.
