Aripiprazole Lauroxil falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.

Theoretically, thunder god vine might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for your Aristada (aripiprazole lauroxil) injection. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to help clear aripiprazole out of your system. In lab dish studies, a compound in thunder god vine (triptolide) appears to slow that same enzyme down. If that held true in real people, aripiprazole could build up a bit higher than expected, which might mean more side effects like drowsiness, restlessness, dizziness, tremor, or feeling lightheaded when you stand.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. It's theoretical, based only on test-tube work, and hasn't actually been reported in patients. Since your dose comes as a long-acting shot you can't simply adjust day to day, it's worth a quick chat with your doctor or pharmacist before combining the two.
