Aspirin, Caffeine, Codeine Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the piece that matters in your combo pill: the caffeine. Caffeine is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, and lab studies suggest one compound in Thunder God Vine (triptolide) may slow that enzyme down. If it does, caffeine could hang around longer than usual, so you might feel more jittery, have a racing heart, trouble sleeping, or feel anxious or queasy.
I'll be honest with you though: this is theoretical, based only on test-tube research, and it hasn't actually been seen in people. The aspirin and codeine parts aren't really driven by this enzyme. Thunder God Vine itself can be toxic if used improperly, so please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before pairing them.

Here's the gist for this combination pill. Thunder God Vine has been shown in lab dishes (not in real people) to slow down a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. The caffeine and codeine pieces of your medicine lean partly on that enzyme. If it's blocked, those ingredients could linger a bit longer than usual, which might mean more jitteriness, a faster heartbeat, or stronger drowsiness and constipation from the codeine.
Honestly though, this is only a theoretical concern based on test-tube data, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, Thunder God Vine can be toxic if dosed wrong, so please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before mixing the two rather than changing anything on your own.
