Aspirin, Caffeine, Hydrocodone falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
In your combo pill (Damason-P), the part this interaction touches is the caffeine. Caffeine is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, and lab studies suggest a compound in thunder god vine (triptolide) can slow that enzyme down. If it does, caffeine could hang around longer than usual, which might leave you feeling jittery, restless, with a racing heart or trouble sleeping. The aspirin and hydrocodone pieces aren't really affected by this particular pathway.
I'll be honest with you: this is a theoretical concern seen only in test tubes, never actually reported in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since thunder god vine itself can be risky, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.

In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combination pill contains hydrocodone, an opioid that your liver partly processes using the CYP3A4 enzyme. In lab studies, a compound in Thunder God Vine called triptolide appears to slow down that same enzyme. In theory, blocking it could let hydrocodone build up a bit, which might mean more of the usual opioid effects: extra drowsiness, dizziness, slowed breathing, constipation, or nausea.
The important thing to know is that this is only a theoretical concern based on test-tube work, not anything actually seen in people. Still, since Thunder God Vine can be toxic on its own and should only be used under a doctor's care, I'd run this pairing by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
