Aspirin, Pentazocine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.

Theoretically, thunder god vine might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with Talwin Compound, which combines aspirin and the pain reliever pentazocine. Lab studies (done in a test tube, not in real people) suggest one of Thunder God Vine's compounds, triptolide, can slow down a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. Pentazocine is partly cleared by that enzyme, so in theory the herb could let it build up a bit, nudging up effects like drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, or slowed breathing.

I want to be honest though: this is purely theoretical and has never actually been reported in humans. The bigger reason for caution is that Thunder God Vine itself can be toxic if dosed wrong. Please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change anything on your own.
