Here's the thing to know about pairing Thunder God Vine with fludrocortisone (Florinef). Fludrocortisone is a corticosteroid, and one of its jobs is to quiet down immune activity. Thunder God Vine, especially in larger concentrated doses, appears to dampen the immune system too. So in theory, stacking the two could push your immune calming further than intended, potentially leaving you more open to infections.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical concern based on how these two work, not something proven in studies. Fludrocortisone is usually given mainly for its salt and fluid balancing effects (like in adrenal insufficiency), so the immune overlap may be modest.
