Tisotumab Vedotin-Tftv falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Thunder God Vine interacts with.

Theoretically, thunder god vine might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that triptolide, a constituent of thunder god vine, inhibits CYP3A4 enzymes in human microsomes. This interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with Tivdak. It's a cancer infusion you get from your oncology team, and the part of it that fights the cancer is broken down in your body partly by an enzyme called CYP3A4. Thunder God Vine contains a compound (triptolide) that, in lab dish studies, seems to slow that same enzyme down. In theory, slowing it could let more of the active drug linger, which might nudge up side effects like nausea, tiredness, eye irritation, numbness or tingling in your hands and feet, and a higher chance of bleeding.

I want to be honest about how shaky this is. This concern comes only from test-tube work and has never actually been seen in people. Still, since Tivdak is a serious chemo-type medicine, please don't add Thunder God Vine without first running it past your oncologist or pharmacist.
