Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Dasatinib
Dasatinib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Tree Turmeric interacts with.
In vitro research and preliminary clinical evidence suggest that berberine, a constituent of tree turmeric, moderately inhibits CYP3A4.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the thing to know if you take Sprycel (dasatinib): your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to break it down and clear it. Berberine, the active compound in tree turmeric, appears to slow that enzyme down. When the cleanup crew works slower, more dasatinib can hang around in your blood than intended.
Dasatinib is the active drug itself (not a prodrug), so higher levels usually mean stronger effects and more side effects. That could look like fluid buildup, low blood counts, bleeding or bruising, headache, or shortness of breath. This is mostly theoretical and based on lab plus early human data, so don't panic. But because this is a cancer medicine where the dose really matters, please check with your oncologist or pharmacist before adding tree turmeric.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Dasatinib page
“Grapefruit is the first thing I would take off the table for anyone on dasatinib (Sprycel, Phyrago), a targeted leukemia therapy where a steady blood level is the whole point of treatment. It blocks CYP3A4, the enzyme that clears dasatinib, letting levels climb, and 121 of the 146 supplements on file act on that same pathway.”
