Ramelteon falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Turkey Tail Mushroom interacts with.

Theoretically, the polysaccharide peptide (PSP) component of turkey tail mushroom might inhibit CYP2C9.
Laboratory research suggests that the PSP component of turkey tail mushroom dose-dependently inhibits CYP2C9. Theoretically, taking PSP with drugs metabolized by CYP2C9 might increase drug levels and the risk of adverse effects. However, this has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Ramelteon (Rozerem) and turkey tail mushroom. Turkey tail's PSP component has shown, in lab dishes only, that it can slow down an enzyme called CYP2C9. Since Ramelteon is partly handled by that enzyme, the theory goes that turkey tail could let a bit more of the drug stick around. If that happened, you might feel more of its usual effects, like extra drowsiness, grogginess the next morning, or feeling lightheaded.

I want to be straight with you, though: this is only a test-tube finding, and nothing like it has actually been reported in people taking these together. The risk is rated minor. Still, since both can make you sleepy, it never hurts to mention turkey tail to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on how you're sleeping and feeling.
