Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Repaglinide
Repaglinide falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Turkey Tail Mushroom interacts with.
Animal research suggests that turkey tail mushroom and a polysaccharide component can have hypoglycemic effects.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist: repaglinide already lowers your blood sugar by nudging your pancreas to release more insulin. Turkey tail mushroom may have a mild blood-sugar-lowering effect of its own, at least in animal studies. Stack the two and, in theory, your sugar could dip a little lower than expected.
I want to be honest about the evidence though. This is based only on lab and animal research, not on people, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Still, it's worth watching for signs of low blood sugar like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling suddenly hungry or confused. If you'd like to add turkey tail, check your readings a bit more closely and run it by your pharmacist or doctor first. Don't change your repaglinide on your own.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Repaglinide page
“Repaglinide (Prandin, GlucoNorm) is taken right before meals to drop blood sugar quickly, and that speed is exactly why this list deserves real respect. Nearly everything on it also acts on blood sugar, usually pushing it lower still and raising the odds of a hypoglycemic crash, though a handful, niacin among them, pull the other way a…”

About Turkey Tail Mushroom
What is Turkey Tail Mushroom?
- Immune support
- Used alongside cancer care
- Gut and digestive health
- General wellness and energy
- Antioxidant support
Turkey tail is a woodland mushroom rich in polysaccharides like beta-glucans, and it is mainly used to support the immune system. Some of its purified extracts (PSK and PSP) have been studied as add-on treatments alongside conventional cancer therapy in Asia, but evidence for everyday supplement use is limited. It is generally well tolerated, but talk to your pharmacist or doctor before using it, especially if you have a health condition or take other medicines.
