What’s inside
Low disclosure
Fit Drops contains 2 active ingredients: cannabidiol and a full spectrum hemp blend (which includes hemp oil and hemp oil extract). The hemp oil is derived from hemp seed and carries compounds that research suggests may affect blood pressure, estrogen metabolism, and blood clotting—though most of these effects come from animal studies or in-vitro research rather than human trials.
The product also contains inactive ingredients: hemp seed oil and vitamin E, which serve as carriers and preservatives in this liquid formulation.
Does it work?
Couldn't assess
The evidence we hold does not establish effectiveness for any condition with this product. Hemp oil's effectiveness for constipation, atopic dermatitis (eczema), and familial hypercholesterolemia (a genetic cholesterol condition) is rated as insufficient reliable evidence to rate.
That means the research so far isn't solid enough to say whether it works or doesn't—not that it definitely doesn't work.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Hemp seed foods and oils in normal food amounts are generally well tolerated. However, concentrated extracts and supplements like this one are less studied, and the facts advise caution.
In larger doses, hemp seed oil appears to be well tolerated overall, though rare cases of allergic reactions—including anaphylaxis, hives, facial swelling, and breathing difficulty—have been reported. There is also one case report of elevated liver enzymes and hepatitis in a young child given high-dose hemp extract (60–100 mg/kg daily) for seizures, though this is an unusual situation.
We could not check cannabidiol for safety data—we hold none on file for it. If you or someone in your household has a known hemp seed allergy, avoid this product.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding this product if you take hormone therapy (estrogens)—a moderate interaction is documented. Also check if you're on blood pressure medication (ACE inhibitors or other antihypertensives), blood thinners, or any medications metabolized by your liver's CYP1A2 or CYP3A4 enzyme systems—minor interactions are documented for all of these.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with no assessable stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This product is a concentrated hemp extract, and while hemp seed foods are generally well tolerated, concentrated supplements like this one are less studied. If you're on hormone therapy, blood pressure medication, blood thinners, or drugs your liver processes through major enzyme pathways, you'll want to check your exact medications with your doctor or pharmacist before starting it.
The evidence for any specific health benefit isn't established yet in the data we have.

Fit Drops Natural Hemp Flavor by CBD Fit Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Fit Drops Natural Hemp Flavor contains cannabidiol and a full spectrum hemp blend, and the hemp oil component has documented interactions with several medication types.
The most serious concern is a moderate interaction with estrogens (hormone therapy)—hemp oil may theoretically interfere with how your body handles hormonal medications, based on animal research showing it can affect estrogen levels, though the exact mechanism isn't clear.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Minor interactions are documented with blood pressure medications (both ACE inhibitors and other blood pressure drugs), blood thinners (anticoagulants and antiplatelet drugs), and medications that your liver breaks down using the CYP1A2 and CYP3A4 enzyme systems—hemp oil may theoretically speed up how your body clears these drugs, potentially reducing their effectiveness. The bleeding risk with blood thinners comes from animal studies; human research with hemp seed oil at typical doses did not show this effect, but caution is still warranted.
We could not check cannabidiol for interactions—we hold no data on it. Altogether, these interactions span 939 individual medications.
Before you start this product, run through your exact medications with the search tool on this page, especially if you're on hormone therapy, blood pressure medication, blood thinners, or medications your liver processes through those two enzyme systems.

Hemp Oil
Estrogens
Theoretically, hemp might interfere with hormone therapy due to its estrogenic effects.
In an ovariectomized animal model, a diet containing hemp seed 1%, 2%, or 10% resulted in normalized plasma levels of 17-beta-estradiol. The mechanism of action for this effect is unclear.
Ace Inhibitors (Aceis)
Theoretically, consuming hemp seed protein isolate with ACE inhibitors might have additive effects and increase the risk of hypotension.
Hemp seed protein hydrolysate has shown ACE inhibitor-like effects in a hypertensive animal model. However, hempseed oil consumption does not seem to reduce blood pressure in humans. Until more is known, monitor blood pressure and potassium levels.
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, hemp seed might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
In animal research, hemp seed at 5% of the diet inhibits platelet aggregation in vitro. However, in human research, taking hemp seed oil 2 grams daily for 12 weeks does not inhibit the aggregation of platelets in vitro.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, hemp seed protein may have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs.
In a hypertensive animal model, hemp seed protein hydrolysate reduced systolic blood pressure by a mechanism possibly involving the inhibition of renin and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activities. However, there was no effect of hemp seed protein on blood pressure in normotensive animals. Furthermore, hempseed oil consumption does not seem to reduce blood pressure in humans.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP1A2 enzymes.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP3A4 enzymes.
