What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Fit Capsules against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

What’s inside
Partial disclosure
Fit Capsules contains 2 active ingredients: cannabidiol and a full spectrum hemp blend, which includes hemp oil. The inactive ingredients are hemp seed oil, vegetable cellulose (the capsule material), vitamin E, and silicon dioxide.
Does it work?
Couldn't assess
We don't have enough evidence to establish whether these ingredients work for constipation, eczema, or high cholesterol. The data we hold shows insufficient reliable evidence to rate them for any of these uses.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Hemp seed foods are generally well tolerated in normal amounts, but concentrated extracts and supplements like this one are less studied, so caution is advised. In larger amounts, hemp seed oil appears well tolerated overall.
Rare serious side effects have been reported, including allergic reactions (hives, facial swelling, shortness of breath, anaphylaxis) and in one case report, elevated liver enzymes in a young child given high-dose hemp extract. Allergy to hemp seed protein, though uncommon, does occur.
We hold no safety data on file for cannabidiol.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Before taking Fit Capsules, double-check with your doctor or pharmacist if you take hormone therapy (estrogens)—this is the most serious documented concern. Also flag any blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs, blood pressure medications, ACE inhibitors, or drugs metabolized by your liver (including many antidepressants, statins, and antihistamines).
No interactions are documented for cannabidiol in our data.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glancePartially disclosed formula with no assessable stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This product may be worth considering if you're interested in hemp, but the evidence for its effectiveness isn't yet established. If you take blood pressure medications, hormone therapy, blood thinners, or drugs that your liver metabolizes significantly, you'll want to check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting—the interaction potential is real.
Because concentrated hemp supplements are less studied than food amounts, talk it over with your healthcare provider to decide if it's right for you.

Fit Capsules by CBD Fit Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Fit Capsules by CBD Fit contains hemp oil, which has documented interactions with several medication types.
The most serious concern is a Moderate interaction with hormone therapy (estrogens): hemp may theoretically interfere with how your body regulates estrogen levels, though the exact mechanism isn't fully understood.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Hemp also interacts with blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs (Minor severity), potentially increasing bleeding risk, though human studies on hemp seed oil show conflicting results. Additionally, it may have additive blood-pressure-lowering effects with antihypertensive medications and ACE inhibitors (both Minor), and it may speed up how your liver breaks down certain medications metabolized through CYP1A2 and CYP3A4 enzymes (Minor), which could lower their effectiveness.
We could not check cannabidiol for interactions—no data is on file for it.
Altogether, these interactions span 939 individual medications.
Before you start this product, use the interaction checker below with your exact medications. If you take any blood pressure medication, hormone therapy, blood thinner, or drugs metabolized by your liver, talk it over with your doctor or pharmacist first.

For each ingredient in Fit Capsules with known interactions, here are the types of medications it can affect. Open any type for the detail — or search your exact drug in the checker above.
Hemp Oil
Estrogens
Theoretically, hemp might interfere with hormone therapy due to its estrogenic effects.
In an ovariectomized animal model, a diet containing hemp seed 1%, 2%, or 10% resulted in normalized plasma levels of 17-beta-estradiol. The mechanism of action for this effect is unclear.
Ace Inhibitors (Aceis)
Theoretically, consuming hemp seed protein isolate with ACE inhibitors might have additive effects and increase the risk of hypotension.
Hemp seed protein hydrolysate has shown ACE inhibitor-like effects in a hypertensive animal model. However, hempseed oil consumption does not seem to reduce blood pressure in humans. Until more is known, monitor blood pressure and potassium levels.
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, hemp seed might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
In animal research, hemp seed at 5% of the diet inhibits platelet aggregation in vitro. However, in human research, taking hemp seed oil 2 grams daily for 12 weeks does not inhibit the aggregation of platelets in vitro.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, hemp seed protein may have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs.
In a hypertensive animal model, hemp seed protein hydrolysate reduced systolic blood pressure by a mechanism possibly involving the inhibition of renin and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activities. However, there was no effect of hemp seed protein on blood pressure in normotensive animals. Furthermore, hempseed oil consumption does not seem to reduce blood pressure in humans.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP1A2 enzymes.
Cytochrome P450 3A4 (Cyp3A4) Substrates
Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP3A4 enzymes.
