- DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Take three capsules twice a day with water at meal time or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
- Most e ffective when taken without caff eine or carbonated drinks. Grobust may be used for three to six months or longer depending on the e ffect you desire. Maintain your look by using Grobust for a two to three week period every three to four months. Temporary soreness in the breast, similar to original breast development or lactation may result.
