Let me be blunt about this one: Angel's Trumpet isn't really a supplement you should be taking at all. It's a poisonous plant loaded with scopolamine and atropine, chemicals that block acetylcholine and cause strong anticholinergic effects. Diphenylpyraline (Hispril) is an older antihistamine that already carries its own anticholinergic baggage, things like dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble urinating, a racing heartbeat, and drowsiness.

Stack the two together and you're essentially piling one anticholinergic load on top of another, which can amplify those effects and push toward confusion, hallucinations, dangerous heart rhythms, or worse. This warning is based on how these compounds work rather than hard clinical studies, but given how toxic Angel's Trumpet is, I wouldn't take any chances. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything like this.
