First things first: Angel's Trumpet is genuinely poisonous and should never be taken as a supplement or remedy at any dose. So my honest advice is to steer clear of it entirely. But here's the specific concern when you pair it with dexchlorpheniramine (Polaramine).

Dexchlorpheniramine is an older antihistamine, and on top of fighting allergies it already has mild anticholinergic (drying) effects of its own. Angel's Trumpet is loaded with powerful anticholinergic toxins like scopolamine and atropine. Stacking them can pile on those same effects, so you'd be more likely to get a very dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble urinating, a racing heart, drowsiness, and in worse cases confusion or hallucinations. This is based on how the chemistry lines up rather than formal studies, but the risk is real enough that you should not combine them. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor.

Chlorpheniramine is used to temporarily relieve common allergy symptoms caused by hay fever (allergic rhinitis) or other upper respiratory allergies. These include runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, and itching of the nose or throat.

These uses are supported across multiple products — including tablets (such as Aller-chlor, Allergy, Allergy Relief, Allergy Time, Anti Allergy, and Chlorpheniramine Maleate), extended-release tablets (Allergy Relief and Chlorphen-12), the oral solution Ed Chlorped Jr, and the inhalers ClorRelief and ClorRelief KIDs.
